The Art of Palpation Introduction to Palpation for 1st year medical students. I created a Palpation Model for this lab, that uses different materials (tree branches, 2 kinds of foam and quilt batting, duct tape, pipe cleaner ribbon and many oddly shaped objects) to mimic bone, interosseous membrane, muscle, fascia, epidermis, vasculature, cystic structures and foreign bodies.
